Architect/Project Manager
The Architect/Project Manager will lead the production of technical drawings and coordinate project documentation. The ideal candidate is highly organized, with a strong grasp of building assembly details and construction methods. This role requires the ability to manage project timelines and meet production milestones with minimal oversight. The Architect/Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating information among the architectural and engineering teams, clients, and contractors. A deep understanding of the full design process—from concept development through construction—is essential.
Responsibilities:
- Establish tasks and scheduling to comply with the project work plan.
- Develop detailed technical drawings and specifications.
- Manage the development of construction documents.
- Mentor entry level staff.
- Perform required code analysis to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Serve an integral role in the conceptual design on assigned projects.
- Prepare and coordinate specifications for building materials and product slections using CSI formatting.
- Coordinate with project engineering and design consultants.
- Monitor scope, time and budget.
- Conduct regular job progress meetings during construction.
- Participate in business development proposals, presentations, and meetings as required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from an accredited college or university required.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of comprehensive relevant design experience.
- Demonstrate thorough knowledge of design, construction, codes, specifications, and drawing composition.
- Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, Photoshop, other rendering programs, and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Designer
A Designer is responsible for technical drawing production and document coordination. In addition, this individual will work with the team to establish timelines involved with project milestones and coordinate with our subconsultants, clients and contractors. Candidates must be well organized and understand the processes involved in design projects from concept through construction.

- Develop detailed technical drawings.

- Participate with the project manager in regular job progress meetings.
Qualifications:
- Post-secondary degree in Drafting, Design, Architecture or Interior Design from an accredited college or university is required.
- A minimum of 0-5 years of comprehensive relevant design experience.
- Demonstrate thorough knowledge of design, construction, codes, specifications, and drawing composition.
- Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, Photoshop, other rendering programs, and Microsoft Office.
Administrative/Marketing Assistant
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Admin/Marketing Assistant to support both administrative operations and marketing initiatives. This dual-role position is ideal for someone who is organized, creative, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment. You’ll work closely with staff and management to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and help execute marketing campaigns that align with our business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Duties
- Answering Calls and Emails: Manage incoming calls and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate team members.
- Scheduling: Coordinate appointments and meetings.
- Filing and Documentation: Organize and maintain physical and digital files. Provide support with data entry, document preparation, and internal communications
- Supplies Management: Monitor and replenish office supplies as needed.
- Client Support: Assist in providing exceptional customer service to clients.
- Finance Assistance: Help organize and log bills/receipts.
Marketing Duties
- Social Media Management: Create and schedule engaging content across various social media platforms.
- Website Maintenance: Regularly update the company website with project updates, news, and relevant information.
- Content Creation: Assist in developing marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and promotional material handouts.
- Event Coordination: Assist in planning and coordinating firm events, workshops, or presentations.
Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree (Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus).
- Previous administrative or marketing experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with Canva.
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).
- Experience with QuickBooks or other accounting software.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Social media management experience is a plus.
- Highly organized and detail oriented.
- Enthusiastic and willing to learn.
